New and exciting things are constantly happening for Rev. Dr. Jerome Allen Bell including, “recording artist!” After pastoring The Maryland Family Christian Center for 18 years he’s now enjoying the launch of a new extension of his ministry, “The Fellowship DMV” which holds monthly services in the theme of “good old-fashioned fellowship” while also providing a platform for other ministries from musical to dance to visual arts a place to exercise. In addition to preaching, ministering, and sharing throughout the United States, Rev. Bell has literally preached all over the world, from over 15 Caribbean Islands, South America, France, Italy, England, Germany, and Africa to name a few. He has assisted in the establishment of ministries in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Kenya, Rusinga Island, and Uganda and has had the awesome opportunity to minister to over 10 million via Ugandan television. Rev. Bell has hosted ground breaking, very well received radio shows, terrestrial & Internet. “The Jerome Bell Show” has aired on the Family Gospel Radio Network of Los Angeles, CA, the Armed Forces Network inspiring US Soldiers all over the world as well as Blue Melody Radio which imitates from the French West Indies island of Guadeloupe to name a few.  His forty years of Broadcasting experience have included voicing local, regional, national and international commercials. The experience has also included serving as on-air host, producer, Music, Program, and Traffic Director, as well as Operations Manager at various stations throughout the highly competitive Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (WYCB, WDCU, WBZE, WBGR) while doing voiceovers for networks such as BET, WDCW-TV, and various Cable Networks.

Recently named Ambassador of Gospel Music for the Gospel Music Festival on the island of Guadeloupe attended and supported by its local as well as neighboring islanders, politicians, and music enthusiast of all genres!

Ambassador Bell is a native of Washington, D.C., attended the University of Maryland, the University of the District of Columbia, Washington Bible College's Capital Bible Seminary (now Lancaster Bible college). Presently, an honor student at Strayer University. The CEO of The Bell Group & Ministries (BG&M) which has represented Grammy Award Winners; Lady Tramaine Hawkins and Richard Smallwood, as well as Patrick Henderson, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, the late Lou Rawls, and a prestigious “who’s who” list of other luminaries of which he has assisted throughout the years.

In February 2006 his first book was released: "Bridging The Gap Between the Music Department and the Pulpit" (Xulon Press) and remains a thriving favorite. A favorite topic he discusses and enjoys ministering with passion which caused the birth of the gathering of priests and  Levites series of services, “Bridging The Gap!” BTG spawned in to an annual gathering in the DMV area and then to other areas throughout the US with preaching and impressive sessions & dialogue with pulpit members and serving musicians. The theme carried over in to a LIVE RECORDING in October 2018, Bridging the Gap…GENERATIONS. His first CD, “Energy Trax!” – a spoken word collection of topics to energize and encourage you along the way with music by notable musicians was released in 2013 and also continues to receive great reception worldwide! His second book, BIGHIGH, “Busy Is Good…How I Got Here!” will be released soon. The LIVE RECORDING, “Bridging the Gap… GENERATIONS!” released in July 2020 and is available on all digital platforms with CD’s available!

Rev. Bell and wife, First Lady Tonita Latrice Bell reside in Maryland and have 5 children, two grandsons, and two granddaughters. To God Be the Glory!
